Copy the three Discord IDs PartyBoard needs

PartyBoard only needs IDs, not display-name snapshots. IDs are stable and let PartyBoard scope setup, events, signups, reminders, and access to the correct Discord server.

Turn on Discord Developer Mode once

In Discord, open User Settings → Advanced → turn on Developer Mode. After that, right-click a server, channel, or role and choose the matching Copy ID action.

Discord server ID required What: the unique ID of the Discord server where PartyBoard will run. Why: it is PartyBoard's tenant boundary so one hosted bot can serve many servers without mixing data. Find it: right-click your server icon in Discord's left sidebar and choose Copy Server ID. Event channel ID required What: the ID of the text channel where PartyBoard should post event boards and reminders. Why: it helps PartyBoard confirm that Discord-native /setup points to the right event channel. Find it: right-click the intended channel, such as #events or #raid-signups, and choose Copy Channel ID. Manager role ID required What: the ID of the Discord role allowed to manage PartyBoard setup and events. Why: it limits PartyBoard management to trusted officers/admins instead of every member. Find it: open Server Settings → Roles, right-click the officer role, and choose Copy Role ID.

Run /setup in Discord

Open the server where PartyBoard was invited.
Run /setup.
Select the event channel and manager role that match the IDs above.
Return later to confirm setup and access status.

Payment setup: Finish Discord IDs first. If sandbox payments are enabled, PartyBoard will offer a Stripe Checkout test flow for the linked server.
